Over the years, she has shared countless laughs behind the scenes, particularly when unexpected situations arise, adding a light-hearted spirit to the team. While she often prefers to stay in the background, she has occasionally taken on roles on stage, showcasing her versatility and passion for performance.

Her true passion, however, lies in the intricate workings of production. Toni finds immense joy in organising a variety of backstage activities, ensuring that every detail is accounted for, from creating imaginative costumes to sourcing unique props that enhance the storytelling experience. Her keen eye for detail also extends to stage management, where she adeptly coordinates the technical and logistical elements of each production, ensuring that everything runs smoothly during performances.

In addition to her backstage contributions, Toni holds the esteemed position of chairing the Hardwicke Players committee. In this role, she manages a multitude of responsibilities, from shaping the artistic vision for future productions to fostering collaboration among committee members. She works closely with the management team at The Kings Theatre, the Hardwicke Players home venue, to ensure that the needs of the players and the audience are met.
