January 2006 – The Merchants of Gloucester
Set in 18th century Gloucester, we tell the story of merchant sailors Joseph Clutterbuck, Captain Chamberlain and George Beaumont who are returning from a two-year voyage at sea. Upon their arrival home, they are met by Joseph's mother, Mrs Clutterbuck, his childhood sweetheart, Catherine Willoughby and her father, Samuel Willoughby. Joseph soon finds out that Gloucester is being terrorised by the evil tax collector, Matthew Grimwald who threatens to send Samuel to the workhouse, run by the despicable Ma Brannigan, and wed Catherine. Framed as a pirate, can Joseph escape incarceration in time to stop Matthew and save his love?!

January 2007 – Robyn Hood & The Legend of Sherwood
Upon his deathbed, the legendary Robin of Locksley passes on the secret of a great legend to his lifelong trusted friend, Adrienne. She is also appointed to look after and protect the Sherwood bandit's daughter, Robyn.
Robyn soon clashes with the evil Sheriff, who once again has Nottingham in his evil grasp.
Little does Robyn know, the Sheriff plans to overthrow King Richard and his son, Prince Rupert and place himself on the English throne.
Filled with all the usual Sherwood antics, join Robyn as she strives to rob the rich to feed the poor and to save Nottingham from the Sheriff's dastardly plans!

January 2008 – Cinderella: Mystery at the pantomime
Rehearsals are in full swing for the Pilot Players as they prepare to stage their Christmas pantomime, Cinderella.
But all is not what it appears to be as there are dastardly deeds abound! As the Fairy Godfather attempts to turn Cinderella's rags into riches and the evil step-sisters plot to keep her away from Prince Charming's ball, one member of the company is about to meet a very sticky end! But who committed this terrible crime?!

January 2009 - Jack and the Beanstalk
In a small village in Middle England, there lived a young man called Jack. Jack and his mother are very poor and to make matters worse, are being pursued by Gizelle, an evil debt collector. But a chance encounter with a magic salesman one day could bring the young farm boy wealth beyond his wildest dreams. Will Jack climb the famous beanstalk? And if so, what will he find in the magic kingdom in the clouds?

Tickets can be reserved over the phone, or by email. The tickets can be collected and paid for on the night of the performance. Tickets are £6 for adults and £4 for children and Pensioners.

France: the 17th century. It's king and his country are in peril at the hands of the dastardly Cardinal Richlieu. But a young hero, D’Artgnan from Gascony, is about to join forces with musketeers Athos, Portos, Aramis in striving to restore freedom and peace to France.
Dine With Me
Lights, camera, action! Take your seats as the hit TV series "Dine With Me!" comes to Gloucester!
Over the past few days, five strangers have been visiting each other's homes in order to sample three mouth-watering courses which their host has cooked from scratch. So far, we have been introduced to a host of colourful characters, all of who are hopeful of winning the £1,000 cash prize!
We join the show during the last night as host Wendy Brown, a thirty-something estate agent finds herself having to contend with numerous interruptions including wayward husband Peter, a dastardly plot and a series of uninvited visitors! Will she be able to hold the night together in order to win the coveted prize?

Noble ruler King Arthur eagerly awaits the arrival of his childhood sweetheart, the Lady Guinevere. But while Arthur plans to woo his love, there are dastardly plans afoot as evil sorcerer Morgana plots to steal the mighty Excalibur and claim Camelot for herself! Will Arthur, with a little help from his trusted magician Merlin and the Knights of the Square Table, be able to stop the villains before it's too late ?

A comedy murder mystery!
Dr Black has died in mysterious circumstances. Was it an accident? No. Was it suicide? No. It was murder! There are a host of suspects, all of whom are returning from the doctor’s funeral on the 8.54pm train from Penzance to London. But who murdered Dr Black, in which room and with what weapon?! And why? Despatched to investigate are two of the world’s greatest detectives, the unflappable Captain Hatstands and the one and only Miss Jane Marbles. Will they solve the mystery in time?

Wizard of Oz
Dorothy Gale lives with her aunt and uncle on a small farm in Kansas. She has a happy life but longs for adventure far away, somewhere over the rainbow.
One day, Dorothy’s house is hit by a tornado and she is carried away to the magical Land of Oz Here, she meets a scarecrow, tin man and cowardly lion, and together they travel along the yellow brick road, in search of the great Wizard of Oz who lives in the Emerald City.
All profits from this production will be donated to a Gloucestershire charity.

Treasure Island
Jim Hawkins, owner of the Admiral Benbow Inn, longs for adventure on the high seas. One day, his dream comes true when he is bequeathed a treasure map by old sea dog, Billy Bones.
And so Jim sets sail with the crew of the good ship Hispaniola, in search of the long-lost island and buried treasure. But little does he know that a band of cut throat pirates are also in pursuit of the treasure. Who will get there first?!
